1. What You Get

Aneurin Advisory provides a premium done for you system that builds a complete Trinidad and United States online business from the ground up.
Your program includes the core pillars listed below.

Professional guidance and structured setup for both Trinidad and the United States.

2. Banking and Payment Systems

Full preparation and configuration of secure TT and US payment methods and banking systems.

3. Dual Market E Commerce Website

A fully built online store designed to operate seamlessly in both regions.

4. Brand and Identity Foundation

A modern visual identity and the brand structure you need to launch confidently.

5. Logistics and Fulfillment Framework

Clear systems for TT and US delivery, shipping, and fulfillment.

6. Amazon Ready Preparation

Setup support that positions your products for future Amazon expansion.

7. Training and Support

Step by step guidance and post launch support so you understand how to operate the business yourself.


2. What’s Not Included

All operational business expenses remain the responsibility of the client.
These include but are not limited to:

  • Inventory
  • Product procurement
  • Packaging materials
  • Shipping or freight costs
  • Amazon labeling, storage, fulfillment and subscription fees
  • Product photography
  • Customs or import taxes
  • Any third party software selected by the client

These items are not included in the service fee or the vendor fee.


3. Cost and Payment Structure

Professional Service Fee

USD $2,950
Includes all consulting, guidance, website build, strategy, technical setup, branding support, TT and U.S. configuration, logistics setup, Amazon ready integration, training, and full project management.

Mandatory Vendor Fee

USD $515
Covers essential third party costs such as business registrations + related fees/taxes, domain/hosting, and branding.

This fee is paid to Aneurin Advisory along with your deposit.
We then process payments to the required vendors and provide receipts for full transparency.

How Payment Works

  • 50 percent deposit is required to begin
  • 50 percent balance is due upon completion and before handover
    Payments can be made in USD or TTD by credit or debit card.

4. Project Start Requirements

Your setup begins when:

  1. The 50 percent service fee deposit is paid
  2. The USD $515 vendor fee is paid
  3. Your onboarding forms and business details are submitted

No TT filings, U.S. filings, website work, or Amazon work begins until these items are received.


5. Timeline

The full setup usually takes less than 7 weeks, but timelines depend on external factors and cannot be guaranteed such as:

  • Trinidad and U.S. government processing
  • Third party approvals eg Amazon
  • Bank responses
  • Client responsiveness

You will receive regular updates and access to your personal dashboard where progress and documents are stored.


6. Refund and Fairness Policy

Once project work has begun, all payments including deposits are non refundable.
Vendor fees are non refundable once processed, since they are forwarded directly to external providers.
However, we are committed to delivering a high quality setup and will work with you to resolve any concerns during the project.


7. ID and Verification Requirements

Clients must provide:

  • Two valid government issued IDs, computerized birth paper
  • Proof of address such as ultility bill or bank statement
  • Accurate legal information for registrations
  • A valid credit card

This information is used only for business verification and required applications.
Aneurin Advisory does not store or handle your card details.


8. Communication and Transparency

You will receive:

  • A personal dashboard for tracking milestones
  • Regular updates
  • Shared access to documents, receipts, and account details
  • WhatsApp communication if preferred

Clear communication is important for an efficient and smooth setup.

Access to your personal dashboard is available for a limited time after project completion. During this time, please download and save any documents, files, and credentials you may need. After this period, dashboard access may be closed to maintain system security and project boundaries.


9. Post Launch Support

You receive 30 days of support after launch.
This includes help with:

  • Website management
  • Technical adjustments
  • General guidance

By submitting your application or payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood this Service Agreement Overview and agree to proceed under these terms.
Acceptance into the program is subject to review and availability.
