This Service Agreement Overview explains how Aneurin Advisory works, what is included, what is not included, how payments are handled, and the policies that apply to your engagement. The exact scope of work is based on the package selected at the time of enrollment.

How We Work: Aneurin Advisory operates on a selective, high-touch model to ensure every client receives focused attention and a professionally executed setup.

1. What You Get

Aneurin Advisory provides a premium, done-for-you business setup service. Your engagement includes an online business buildout across legal, technical, financial, and operational foundations. The exact deliverables depend on the package you selected and the information you provide during onboarding.

Core Setup Pillars (Package-Dependent):

  • Business and Legal Setup: Structured setup and guidance for Trinidad, the United States, or both (based on selected package).
  • Banking and Payment Systems: Preparation and configuration of payment methods and banking systems aligned with the selected market(s).
  • E-Commerce Website Setup: A professionally built website configured for local, U.S., or dual-market operation (based on selected package).
  • Brand and Identity Foundation: A foundational brand structure to support a professional launch.
  • Logistics and Fulfillment Framework: Systems and guidance for delivery, shipping, and fulfillment relevant to the selected market(s).
  • Amazon Readiness (Where Applicable): Amazon preparation is included only in packages that explicitly list Amazon as part of the scope.
  • Training and Support: Step-by-step guidance and post-launch support so you can operate your business independently.

2. What’s Not Included

All operational business expenses remain the responsibility of the client. These costs are not included in the service fee or vendor fees. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Inventory and product procurement
  • Packaging materials and supplies
  • Shipping, freight, and courier costs
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges
  • Product photography and creative production beyond agreed inclusions
  • Amazon fees (labeling, storage, fulfillment, subscription fees) where applicable
  • Paid advertising, influencer marketing, and marketing spend
  • Optional third-party software chosen by the client beyond required tools

3. Cost and Payment Structure

Professional Service Fee: The service fee is determined by the package selected at the time of enrollment and will be confirmed in writing prior to payment. All pricing is listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Vendor Fees: Vendor fees vary by package and cover essential third-party costs such as registrations, domain and hosting, and required setup tools. Vendor fees are paid upfront and are non-refundable once processing begins.

How Payment Works:
50 percent deposit is required to begin.
50 percent balance is due upon completion and before handover.
Payments may be made in USD or TTD via credit or debit card. Vendor fees must be paid in USD.

4. Project Start Requirements

Your setup begins when the following items are received:

  • The required deposit is paid
  • The applicable vendor fee is paid
  • All onboarding forms and required business details are submitted

No filings, website work, payment setup, or Amazon-related work begins until these requirements are met.

5. Timeline

Some setups may be completed in as little as 3 weeks, depending on the selected package, responsiveness, and external approvals. Timelines depend on external factors and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Trinidad and U.S. government processing times
  • Third-party approvals (for example, Amazon or payment providers)
  • Bank or vendor response times
  • Client responsiveness and speed of document submission

You will receive regular updates and access to your client dashboard where progress and key documents may be stored during the engagement.

6. Refund and Fairness Policy

Aneurin Advisory operates on a confidence-based engagement model. If within the first 14 days it becomes clear the engagement is not aligned, the unused portion of the service fee may be refunded. Vendor fees are non-refundable once processing begins, and completed work is non-refundable. Full refund terms are outlined in the official Terms & Conditions.

7. ID and Verification Requirements

Clients must provide accurate information for registrations and verification, including:

  • Two valid government-issued IDs and a computerized birth paper
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Accurate legal information for registrations
  • A valid credit card for required third-party processing

This information is used only for verification and required applications. Aneurin Advisory does not store or handle your card details.

8. Communication and Transparency

You will receive a structured workflow with clear communication, including:

  • A client dashboard for tracking milestones (where applicable)
  • Regular progress updates
  • Shared access to relevant documents and receipts where available
  • WhatsApp communication if preferred

Dashboard access is provided for a limited time after project completion. During this time, please download and securely store any documents, files, and credentials you may need. After this period, access may be closed to maintain system security and project boundaries.

9. Post-Launch Support

You receive 30 days of support after launch. This support includes guidance and assistance with website management, technical adjustments, and general operational questions within the scope of the setup provided.

You retain full control over your business, accounts, brand, and long-term growth. Aneurin Advisory provides the systems and setup foundation for you to build on confidently.

By submitting your application or making a payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood this Service Agreement Overview and agree to proceed under these terms. Acceptance into the program is subject to review and availability.
