The Aneurin Business System

Thank you for your interest in The Aneurin Business System, a professional service offered by Aneurin Advisory. These Terms and Conditions outline how the program works and the responsibilities of both parties. By submitting an application or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Introduction
The Complete Business Setup (“the Program”) is a done-for-you business setup service that helps clients establish and launch a complete dual-market (Trinidad & U.S.) online business.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all applicants and accepted clients.
2. Eligibility
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Acceptance into the Program is at the sole discretion of Aneurin Advisory.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or project commencement.
3. Service Overview
The Program provides a complete, ready-to-operate dual-market business setup. Services may include:
- Trinidad business registration and structure setup
- U.S. LLC formation
- Website design and dual-market eCommerce configuration
- Payment gateway setup (local and U.S.)
- Logistics and fulfillment integration
- Amazon store setup (if applicable)
- Branding and visual identity direction
- Tax and compliance guidance
- Training and launch support
After the setup is completed and the support period ends, all ongoing maintenance, renewals, or business administration become the responsibility of the client.
4. Application Process
- Applications are reviewed to determine fit and readiness.
- Successful applicants will receive onboarding instructions, a project outline, and an invoice.
- Work begins only after acceptance and confirmed payment.
- Submitting an application does not create a client relationship.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Service Fee
The core service fee for The Complete Business Setup is:
USD $2,950
This fee covers all consulting, professional labor, business setup guidance, website development, documentation, training, and project management.
Payment can be made in USD or TTD through approved online payment methods.
A deposit of 50% is required to begin a project, with the remaining 50% due at final delivery.
5.2 Mandatory Vendor Fee – USD $515
A fixed vendor fee of USD $515 is required for all projects.
This fee covers essential third-party costs including:
- Business registration + related fees/taxes
- Website domain and hosting
- Branding requirements (where applicable)
This fee is paid directly to Aneurin Advisory at the start of the project and forwarded to the respective vendors.
Receipts or proof of payment will be provided.
5.3 Client Business Costs (Not Included)
All operational business expenses are the full responsibility of the client. These include, but are not limited to:
- Product inventory
- Inventory shipping or freight costs
- Product photography
- Amazon preparation, storage or labeling
- Amazon monthly subscription fees
- Packaging materials
- Fulfillment/courier fees
- Any optional software or tools chosen by the client
These costs are not included in the service fee or vendor fee.
5.4 Project Start Requirements
Your project begins once:
- The 50% service fee deposit has been paid
- The $515 vendor fee has been paid
No registration, website, or Amazon work will begin until both payments are confirmed.
5.5 Refund Policy
- Once work has begun, the service fee (or any portion paid) is non-refundable.
- The vendor fee is also non-refundable once processed, as payments are forwarded immediately to external providers.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and required documents
- Respond to communication in a timely manner
- Review drafts and deliver feedback when requested
- Provide any branding or content materials (if applicable)
Delays due to late responses or missing information may extend the timeline. Aneurin Advisory is not responsible for delays caused by the client or external agencies.
7. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, templates, documents, dashboards, and systems provided by Aneurin Advisory remain our intellectual property.
Clients receive a single-use license to use deliverables for their own business only.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Reselling
- Redistributing
- Sharing
- Using our internal systems, processes, or documents to create a competing service
Website, branding assets, accounts, and registrations are fully transferred to the client after final payment.
8. Confidentiality
All client information and documents are kept strictly confidential.
Information is shared only with necessary service providers directly involved in your setup.
9. Privacy and Data Handling
Client data is used solely for:
- Application review
- Project setup
- Communication and updates
Data is handled according to the Trinidad and Tobago Data Protection Act, 2011 and applicable U.S. privacy standards.
10. Limitation of Liability
Aneurin Advisory provides professional setup services and general guidance. This is not legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice.
We do not guarantee:
- Business success or profitability
- Platform approvals or policy decisions by third parties (Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, banks, etc.)
- Timelines controlled by external agencies
- Performance of external vendors
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the Program.
11. Termination / Withdrawal
- Clients may withdraw before project start with written notice.
- After work begins, fees are non-refundable.
- Aneurin Advisory may cancel a project under reasonable circumstances. Partial refunds may apply only if no work has been completed.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
U.S. federal and state laws may apply where relevant.
